    Usually the old mechanical watch is manual mechanical watch , need often wound up. because of the internal spring need to send spring tighten again after his release, will get the position of the watch crown, when you wound up, you will hear the sound of the "la la~"

   Two of the main distinction is, Automatic mechanical watch will not lead to watch not accurate and slow down if you forget wind-up time. Manually mechanical watches need you wound up for a period of time ,is not very convenient. The power source of the common mechanical watch is the "spring", ordinary mechanical watch need wind once every 24 hours.

     The power source of the automatic mechanical watch is shaking, watch wear on your hands, people moving table is inevitably affected by shaking on the watch there is a collection, conversion, vibration for the structure of the machine can rotate,  a watch on hand if the clockwork will tightening automatically By the vibration.  if you put the watch in no vibration generally within 24 hours it will stop moving.

This purely automatic mechanical has a faults is thicker much than the ordinary mechanical watch , the volume is bigger, advantage is that no artificial wind-up, now it is very rare。

There is an "automatic mechanical watch" are similar in appearance and ordinary mechanical watch, but is thinner than general machinery also can do it very small, it is actually a watch which combination of electronic and mechanical , its power is driven by button battery or solar cells quartz oscillator, this kind of watch is very accurate,  as if use the button battery  , general will need a year of change, don't have to change if use solar cells, most is this kind of watch now.
