Window’s clock and watch co.,LTD arrange sales department to learn Alibaba rules and skills

On March 17, 2014 morning, invited by Manager Tang, Qingying Xiao,the manager of Alibaba Shenzhen headquarters，conduct a tr-aining to the salesman about the practicability of Alibaba platform and  some attentive questions.

Manager Xiao mentioned,the company need to consider some factors when dealing with watch customized business in Alibaba inter-national station more effectively :

1.enquiry.The effective enquiry is very important.

2.Keywords.What the keywords does the clients find us by？That’s very important.We should choose the keywords in the perspec-tive of customers.

3.The layout of keywords.Keywords + modifier or qualifier + keywords, keywords can not be put in the middle.

4.ranking. According to Alibaba ranking rules，from 1st  to 20th  is for the fixed place, 21 - 25 for the P4P model, 26th for windows.

Upon these points above, manager Xiao explained one by one, and answered the problems we proposed .

Secondly, customer resources.The salesman should know how to classify the customers, how to know more about the customer. Thirdly, win-win. We should give the customers a win-win solution, so that we can have a long-term cooperation with customers.
